  • Day 1 - Arrive Hanoi

    You will be met at Hanoi Airport and transferred to the city for hotel check-in. From 2.00 p.m room is under your service. Afterwards, take a combined of cyclo and walking tour to explore the Hanoi’s famous 36 streets of the Old Quarter and its diversity of architecture. Fall into the pace of the city by walking around Hoan Kiem Lake. Then you will come to a local spa to enjoy a massage. You can easily find some yummy foods in this colorful cuisine for your own meals. Back to the hotel for overnight.

     

  • Day 2 - Hanoi Sightseeing (B)

    The whole day is for the capital city. You will visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum for the first (closed on Monday and Friday), the traditional stilt house and the revered One-Pillar Pagoda  along the trip. The next destination is the thousand-year-old Temple of Literature – also Vietnam’s first university . After lunch, have a visit to the Ethnology Museum (closed on Monday), where you can explore the diverse and unique cultures of the 54-ethnic Vietnam. Evening is the time for Vietnam’s traditional water puppet shows. Choose for yourself a nice local dish, and back to your hotel for overnight

    Remark : From 08 September to 08 November Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed for annual maintenance.

     

  • Day 3 - Hanoi - Halong Bay (B,L,D)

    Wake up early this morning for a lesson in the art of Tai Chi on the lakeside or in a park. You will be taught some warm-ups and then basic movements. At the end, the instructor will finish with a solo demonstration or a demonstration with some of his pupils. Your breakfast will be served with Pho in a small, specialized local restaurant. Pho is Vietnam’s very famous and excellent noodle soup, also Vietnamese’s common breakfast. At around 9.00, departure for Ha Long Bay and around noon you will arrive. Upon arrival, board a beautiful boat and you will have an enchanted night cruising on Halong Bay.  Fresh seafoods  are always ready for your meals. Have a good night on board !

     

  • Day 4 - Halong Bay - Hanoi - Hue (B)

    In the morning, after having breakfast on boat, we keep cruising to discover the bay in the morning fog. Back to the pier in the late morning to return to Hanoi Airport.  On the way, you will pass the vast Red River Delta with emerald rice fields, then stop to visit an ancient pagoda or a pottery village. After your flight you will be greeted at Hue. Transfer to the city for hotel check-in and have good meals here on your own. 

     

  • Day 5 - Hue (B,L)

    This morning we visit the Imperial Citadel. The next destination is a typical pagoda where you will have an opportunity to try a vegetarian lunch. Afternoon is spent for a model of Vietnamese traditional art, also one of the most attractive tombs of Hue –  Tu Duc Mausoleum. Along the trip you will hear about the history of Nguyen Dynasty and the days of French colonial rule. The last place to come is Minh Mang tomb. For your own dinner, walk around to discover the unique cuisine here, and have a good night at your hotel !

     

  • Day 6 - Hue - Danang - Hoi An (B)

    This morning you will get out of the city to the outskirts of Hue, to feel the peace of the countryside. You will have a guided cycling tour through the village of Thuy Bieu. Take your time and look around to admire the simple beauty they got here: fruit tree orchards and vegetable gardens with many many other kind of species, rice fields, communal houses, primary schools, and a valley of cemeteries. Give a stop at a homemade incense producing household. Then you’ll see landscape is not the only thing here to admire and respect. You will meet the farmers who spend the whole day working very hard, but still always keep their smile and enthusiasm. As they are ver friendly, along the way just feel easy to greet those you meet. Return to Hue before noon.

    In the afternoon, we will move to Hoi An acrossing the Hai Van Pass, which is also a great scenic. From the pass, it is the perfect point for you to look out over the central coastline – an excellent panoramas in Vietnam. At your next stop, Lang Co beach will welcome you with the quiet and long white sandy sight. By sunset you will arrive Hoi An. Check in at the hotel, find yourself some exquisite foods and spend your night at the hotel.

     

  • Day 7 - Hoi An (B)

    Spend your morning to stroll along Hoi An town, to understand why this town is recognized  as a World Heritage site by UNESCO, to feel the marvel that every other visitors felt when they look at all those unusually well-preserved ancient streets and homes. More than two-century-old Chinese houses that you can explore while walking through the quaint cobblestone streets of the town You cannot either ignore the Chinese Temple, Japanese Bridge and Phung Hung Chinese-style trading house. The balance of day is free at your leisure. Find yourself some souvenirs and have a good dinner in this colorful and plentiful culinary world, one of the most attractive thing of Hoi An. Hope you get back to overnight at the hotel with satisfaction !

     

  • Day 8 - Hoian - Tra Que Vegetable village (B,L)

    This morning you will take a guided cycling tour through the countryside of Hoi An. Our destination is a small vegetable planting village near by Tra Que Lagoon’s bank (3 miles or 15mins cycling from Hoi An ;  you can choose to transfer by cyclo or by your individual vehicle). Few areas in Vietnam hold special aromatic herbs as Tra Que Village. You will have a good chance to join in daily farm work as a real native people. You can also be trained to cook some local delicatessen, “Tam Huu” for example  – a dish combining shrimps, pork and aromatic herbs. After your lunch, we will take our vehicles and go back to Hoi An. Enjoy good meals by yourself, and remember to get back to the hotel for overnight.
    OPTIONAL VISIT TO MY SON Another choice for your afternoon is taking a tour to My Son – the most important Cham archaeological site in the centre of Vietnam. You will  be back to your hotel before sunset.

     

  • Day 9 - Hoi An - Danang - Ho Chi Minh City (B)

    Move to Danang Airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. You will be met at the airport and transferred to the city. Before checking in at the hotel, you will visit Cho Lon, the ethnic Chinese district, especially Thien Hau Pagoda and Binh Tay Market. Leave the city to visit Cu Chi Tunnels. Vietnamese soldiers, and even people of all ages, together built that incredible tunnel network during the intense war against America. In the late afternoon, go back to Ho Chi Minh City. Discover the colorful cuisine here on your own, and spend your night at the hotel.

     

  • Day 10 - Mekong Delta Cruise (B,L,D) - Bassac Cruise

    Leave Ho Chi Minh City in the morning for Cai Be. Around noon you’ll arrive and for boarding the Bassac boat. You will be introduced about the ship while enjoying a welcome drink and meeting your crew and your fellow passengers. Following the boat on Tien Giang River heading to Cho Lach while having lunch on board. Take your time in comfortability with free soft drinks and tea/coffee.

    After lunch, as we enter the Cho Lach Canal, you will see so many barges full of sand or rice keep going up and down the river's flow. And don't ignore those fruit drying facilities and wooden ship building yards, too. The next destination is a village lying on the Mang Thit River's bank. It is a good chance for you to explore the lifestyle and hospitality of the native people. In the late afternoon, you will board the Bassac again. Free soft drinks and tea/coffee will still satisfy you while you are enjoying the beautiful sunset on the river. Dinner will be served by the crews while the Bassac is cruising the Mang Thit River.

     

  • Day 11 - Mekong Delta Cruise - Ho Chi Minh City (B)

    This morning when you wake up, you will see a real magical Mekong Delta. The amazing sight lighted by the early sunlight of dawn will take you down. Look out from the boat to see really breathtaking landscapes and very unique colors built by every light ranges of trees and rivers. Take a deep breath, too, to feel the fresh air and to really fall into this astonishing moment. You can have breakfast after that while cruising the Tra On Floating Market. Heading to Can Tho and your trip is close to end when arrive in Cai Rang Floating Market. You will check out and a local boat will transfer you to take a closer look at the market, the nearby gardens and arroyos. In the late morning you will arrive Ninh Kieu pier, Can Tho, and then return to Ho Chi Minh City. Have your own meals in the bustling city, and spend your night at the hotel.

     

  • Day 12 - Depart Ho Chi Minh City (B)

    You have a free morning until being transferred to the airport for your onward flight. You have your room serviced before noon only. Enjoy your last meals of the trip, and our services end here.
