If you love to have an itinerary handcrafted based on your personal preferences and requirements. Simply go to our “Tailor–Made” page to fill the form designed to understand your travel needs. More detailed information is highly appreciated as it will help us optimize your customized tour plan more effectively

2. HAVE YOUR ITINERARY TAILOR-MADE
After receive your request, your assigned consultant will contact you within 24 hours for possible itinerary, quote, recommendations or requesting further information from you.
Upon your receipt of our reply, please carefully study the itinerary and quotation we have prepared for you. Also, please ensure that you read our Terms & Conditions located below the itinerary.
After reading our itinerary if you have any question or further requirements, please feel free to contact us. We will be delighted to make any changes as per your requests. No matter how long the tour discussion may take, our aim is to make you completely satisfied with the final plan.
3. CONFIRM AND PAYMENT
After our proposal itinerary is refined to perfection to you please show your acceptance of our offer and your agreement on our terms and conditions by process the payment via bank transfer to our bank account information in payment instruction below.
Please note that the relevanthotel and flight bookings willbe made at this time. Therefore, the earlier you confirm the tour, the more likely that the proposed itinerary can be adhered to.
The tour is officially confirmed at the moment that we receive your payment. A travel invoice or voucher will be provided in our confirmation email sent to you.
Two weeks prior to your trip starting date, we will send you all necessary contact details for each city, climate information and some further travel advice to help you with your packing.
1. Deposit and Cancellation
A non-refundable, non-transferable land deposit equal to 20% of total cost is required for Unio Travel to reserve space for you. Unio Travel only accepts Bank Transfer. Your booking is not confirmed and payment is not deemed made until Unio Travel receives the deposit and you receive a confirmation invoice. Your reservation will be automatically cancelled if deposit is not received by Unio Travel by the deposit due date. On certain departures, deposits may be required at time of booking to hold or to confirm space for you. Payment of the deposit indicates you have read andaccepted these Terms and Conditions.
Final payment for your vacation is due 60 days prior to commencement of services. If final payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled and your full deposit will be retained by Unio Travel.
If a booking cancellation is received by Unio Travel prior to the final payment date of your vacation, the following per person cancellation fees apply:
More than 60 days prior to commencement of services: no cancellation charge
14-60 prior to commencement of services: 10% of total price
5-13 prior to commencement of services: 50% of total price
Less than 5 days prior to commencement of services: 100 % of the price
Please note that some suppliers (hotels, cruise companies) have cancellation policies that are different to Unio Travel that we may have to enforce depending on the individual supplier contract.
2. Payment Information
All payments in relation to your bookings must be made by either major credit card or wire transfer to our appropriate account:

Please make sure you have a copy of the transaction receipt issued by the bank and email or fax to us. Once we have received your payment, which can take up to 3 business days, we will begin securing your bookings.
