Unio Travel Co., Ltd was established in 2014by two entrepreneurs with the belief that travellers would love to enjoy an authentic, unique experience to the East as their escape to dream destination.

As a genuine Indochina expert we offer a collection of complete customizable travel itineraries to Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia with seven main themes.  Whether you are searching for a family trip, an off-the-beaten adventure, a cruise and beach experience or a luxury vacation, our team has a wealth of personal travel experience to share with you.

OUR PEOPLE

We believe that our strength is our people. We focus on the clients’ preferences and requirements to come up with effective strategies for meeting their demands in an efficient manner. This can’t be done without committed and experienced people devoted to delivering the best service experience each time a travel request is made.

 Unio Travel aims to develop our people through customer-based business philosophy. This is implied in all aspects of our business from recruitment and training, to goals setting and rewards. Our people are empowered to take initiative and make decisions to provide you with a service level of excellence with a “Wow factor” on every trip.

 Our travel management teamsare divided into small groups, each group operating with between three and five travel consultants. Each team manages only a limited number of clients to ensure you receive personal advice and support.

 

OUR NAME AND LOGO

When we were discussing what to name our company, we wanted our name to represent the core value of our service and word “Unio Travel“ seemed to perfectly encapsulate the “Unique Oriental” vacations we fancied to design.  

 We believe that a logo is the face of a business so our founders have designed the logo that contains every mean of our business. It is clear that the Sun sign is center of our logo, the Sun represents the East, hope and trust in the process of life.

 Being one of the lightest hues of the spectrum, orange represents happiness, fun and the communication of new ideas. Orange color is used for almost every form of our graphics from website, logo, ads, photos and e-brochures to physical evidences such as itineraries, gifts and t-shirt. We love this color and use it to decorate our office, as it is the best color to create enthusiasm for our people and can awaken creativity, confidence and optimism in them.

 You’ve probably figured out that it’s an  “U” in the center of the Sun, right? Well, yes. But it’s more than that. U does not only deliver the meaning of “Unique”, but also refers to the word “You” which suggest a customer-oriented mindset – the most important component in our business. The ‘polished’ shape inside the “U” indicates professionalism and high quality of service.
